“Jocelyn Ross was the officiant of my wedding. She did an excellent job! The vows were very eloquent and moving, personalized and appropriate to our values as a couple. She even brought a guest book, something blue for me and a paper runner for the aisle--small details that I'd forgotten in my few days of preparation. These made all the difference.
